Who We Are
Built on a Simple Idea
Ristau Property Maintenance started in 2007 with a straightforward premise: give commercial and residential clients in the Twin Cities metro a property maintenance partner they could actually count on. Not a company that shows up the first season and cuts corners by the third. Not a franchise operation that sends different crews every week. A real business, run by real people who live in this community and take genuine pride in the results.
We are family-owned and operated. That means when you call, you are talking to the people responsible for the work. It means the standard of care we apply to your property is the same one we apply to our own. It means that when something needs attention, we address it without waiting to be told twice.
Our primary focus is commercial properties: office parks, retail centers, HOA communities, apartment complexes, and multi-tenant buildings throughout the Twin Cities suburbs. We have the equipment, the crew capacity, and the operational discipline that commercial clients require. At the same time, we maintain residential clients who want that same level of professional accountability applied to their homes and properties.
We are licensed and insured. We operate Monday through Saturday, every month of the year. We know Minnesota's climate because we live in it, and we know what it takes to keep properties here looking right through every season it throws at us.

Ristau Property Maintenance was established in the Twin Cities metro, beginning with residential lawn care and building a reputation for reliability and precision.

Commercial Expansion
Growing commercial demand across the south metro and Twin Cities suburbs led to dedicated commercial service offerings, fleet expansion, and the operational structure that defines how we work today.

Full-Season Service
We formalized our year-round model: lawn care and landscaping through spring, summer, and fall, snow removal and ice management through winter. Twelve months of accountability.

Landscaping & Design
Expanded into full landscape design, paver installation, and comprehensive hardscape services, allowing us to handle complete property transformations from concept to completion.
